The Future Perfect Continuous-in-the-Past

(будущее завершенное продолжительное время с точки зрения прошлого)



Future Perfect Continuous -in-the-Past образуется так же, как Future Perfect Continuous, но вместо вспомогательных глаголов shall / will употребляются соответственно should и would:



I should have been waiting.

He would have been waiting.

She would have been waiting.

It would have been waiting.

 

We should have been waiting.

They would have been waiting.

You would have been waiting.

 


Вопросительная (interrogative), отрицательная (negative), вопросительноотрицательная (interrogative-negative) формы образуются соответственно формам в Future Perfect Continuous, употребляя вместо вспомогательного глагола shall – should и вместо will – would:

 

Вопросительная (interrogative)

Would he have been waiting for you till you are ready?

 

 

Отрицательная (negative)

He would not have been waiting for you till you are ready.

 

 

Вопросительноотрицательная (interrogative-negative)

Would he not have been waiting for you till you are ready?

 

 

Сокращенная форма (short form) вспомогательного глагола и частицы not  

Wouldn’t he have been waiting for you till you are ready?
